Rich from Heliopause played me some cool stuff he recorded of his new thing, one man with a big muff, delay and loop pedals. It’s called “Lumo”. Debut performance is next Tuesday (3rd) at the Green Door Store. Loud noisy pop that sounds good. He’ll also be celebrating handing in his MA dissertation so buy him a pint. It sounds like a shoegaze version of his other band.

Shield Your Eyes are clearing out some stock it seems, head over here for some great bargains. All three albums on vinyl for £7?
Far too cheap for this great great music, but I suppose they have to get shifted eventually.
Colin and TST are putting on a couple of good looking gigs in the next couple of weeks you should be aware of. Next Monday the droney Barn Owl and shoegazey Jefre Cantu-Ledesma are playing at the Hope, I reckon it will be really good, if you like being pretty spaced out.
The following Sunday (2nd) at Hector’s House, there is a gig staring Nathan Bell out of Lungfish. Main attraction for me, however, is the two excellent supports. Lamp play very rarely and are amazing so it’s great they are on the bill. The recently discovered (at least for me) I’m Being Good are on second. Sounds fat?
Our fave Natalie Evans track.
Next gig we’re putting on - tommorow (Wednesday) with Negative Pegasus, One Man Team Dance and You Two. Cowley Club and all the usual info.
See you There!!!!
You can hear the song “Attacked” from the record we are putting out soon. Follow the link.
Great interview with Stef here. He says a lot of pertinent shit.
Continuing our impromptu series on members of Fat Bicth’s other projects. Here is a solo track from Chris Bicth (who works under the name Perch). Hear how it drips with emotion. Feel that de-tuned E-string rock your chest cavity. The track is called “Lilo” - Awesome!!!!!!!!!!
